Dear Primary Children, Families, Primary Presidencies, and Teachers,

We are so excited to invite all Primary children turning 8 and older this year to our upcoming Stake Primary Activity: “I Want to Be a Missionary Now!”

The children will move from station to station in groups, participating in all kinds of hands-on activities while learning about the many ways they can be missionaries right now. We’ll be learning, serving, creating, laughing, and having a great time together — including activities like leading music, sewing, folding laundry, and much more!

One of our special activities will be painting the front covers of copies of the Book of Mormon that will be given to the missionaries to share with others.
If your Primary child would like to bring a Book of Mormon of their own to paint, they are very welcome to do so! They may paint one to keep for themselves or bring additional copies they would like to donate to the missionaries.

Please place a sticky note on any books you send, letting us know:

• Which Book of Mormon your child would like to take home
• Which books are OK to give to the missionaries

At the end of the activity, we’ll enjoy chocolate chip cookies together while we wait for parents to pick up their Primary children.

It is going to be such a wonderful day, and we would love to have every eligible Primary child in the stake join us!
